AI & Digital Transformation
Helping organisations identify, prioritise and execute AI and technology initiatives that are connected to measurable business outcomes — not pilots that stall between the lab and the operation.
Delivering it, selling it, keeping the customers — and now building it. Twenty-seven years across enterprise technology, B2B sales, Customer Success and product strategy, now as Founder & CEO of trAIlique. Riyadh-based, working with founders and leadership teams who need a commercial engine built, not described.
About
More than two decades at the intersection of business, customers and technology.
I started working at fifteen, years before the engineering degree, and I have been working ever since. Across that time I repeatedly found myself at the same intersection — technology on one side, customers and commercial reality on the other, and the gap between them waiting to be closed. That gap is where I have spent my career.
Each move added a layer rather than replacing one. Operations taught me how work actually gets done. Enterprise technology and delivery leadership taught me what it takes to make a promise real. Customer Success taught me that value is proven after the signature, not at it. Strategic accounts and enterprise sales taught me how decisions are made in a boardroom. Digital transformation taught me how organisations change. Entrepreneurship taught me how to build with nothing but a proposition and a market.
I enrolled in an MBA four times and never finished one. Each time the job was already taking the hours the degree wanted, and each time I chose the job. The management education arrived anyway — as P&Ls, boardrooms, hiring decisions and a few expensive mistakes of my own.
Today I work at the front of that same line — building AI that stays human-centric — with the difference that I can connect a model to a process, a process to a P&L, and a P&L to the executive who owns it.
The progression
Expertise
Six capabilities that compound — strategy, advisory, capital, revenue, customers, capability.
Helping organisations identify, prioritise and execute AI and technology initiatives that are connected to measurable business outcomes — not pilots that stall between the lab and the operation.
Senior executive capability at the point it is needed — without requiring an organisation to carry another full-time executive on the payroll before the case for one is proven.
Investor readiness, fundraising narrative, pitch strategy and the commercial validation underneath it — the work of making an early-stage company legible to an investor. Hands-on across four pre-seed rounds. Through the portfolio and investor network, access extends to later-stage capital.
Enterprise sales strategy, market development, founder-led sales, pipeline creation, commercial positioning and revenue acceleration — the machine behind the number, not the number alone.
Customer lifecycle strategy, executive relationships, retention, expansion, account growth and Customer Success operating models that scale without losing the relationship.
Gold-certified in Voice & Accent and Communication Skills. I design and deliver leadership, corporate communication and product training — to enterprises and MNCs, and to colleges and learning institutes. On site to batches of 30 to 200+ across multiple countries, and online. Content written to the brief, then delivered by the person who wrote it.
Fractional Leadership
Engagements are scoped around a business outcome, not an hourly rate.
Most founders and leadership teams do not need a permanent executive on day one. They need someone who has already built the function, can stand in front of an enterprise buyer or a board, and can leave a working system behind.
Enterprise selling, sales process, pipeline design, GTM, sales team development, forecasting discipline and founder-led sales — from first repeatable deal to a team that can run without you.
Customer journey design, onboarding, retention, expansion, executive engagement, CS strategy and the operating model that keeps net revenue moving in the right direction.
Transformation roadmaps, AI opportunity identification, process improvement, business cases that survive finance review, and an implementation strategy the organisation can actually absorb.
ICP definition, positioning, pricing, market validation, sales strategy, discovery quality, enterprise sales motion and the path from early traction to durable growth.
Helping international technology businesses understand Saudi enterprise buyers, partnership structures, positioning, local commercial expectations and a GTM approach that fits the market rather than fighting it.
Leadership development, corporate communication and product training, designed and delivered for enterprises and MNCs as well as colleges and learning institutes. In the room or online, built for real batch sizes — from a leadership group of thirty to a floor of two hundred and more.
Markets
Business relationships built in person, across five markets.
More than two decades of working across markets has taught me that the technology is rarely the hard part. Understanding how business is done — how trust is earned, how decisions are made, how partnerships hold — is what separates entry from traction.
Current base. Enterprise relationships, AI and digital transformation work, business development and market-building across the Kingdom.
Business travel, commercial relationships and regional exposure across the wider GCC technology and enterprise landscape.
Business travel, client engagement and international commercial exposure to enterprise technology buyers and partners.
Business travel and relationship development across international markets, working with partners and clients on the ground.
Technology ecosystem, delivery capability, entrepreneurship and the professional foundation the rest of the career was built on.
Experience
An executive journey, not a job history.
Each stage was chosen because it added something the previous one could not teach. The result is an executive who can hold the business conversation, the technical conversation and the customer conversation in the same room.
A run of part-time jobs, starting at fifteen and running through to the engineering degree. None of it was a career, and that is what made it useful — it taught me the value of a day’s work and how to make myself useful to whoever was paying, years before I had a qualification to put on a page.
Graduated as an engineer and started in a technical discipline — the grounding that still lets me separate what a technology genuinely does from what it is sold as.
Moved close to the customer and the day-to-day operation. Learned where process breaks, where effort is wasted and why the operational truth rarely matches the org chart.
Worked inside enterprise-grade technology environments, where scale, integration and reliability set the constraints on what change is possible.
Took ownership of delivery — scope, stakeholders, timelines and the accountability that comes with telling a client the truth about them. Presenting and defending progress at senior client level became routine.
Built and led the post-sale relationship: onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion and executive engagement. The discipline of proving value continuously rather than once.
Responsibility for the relationships that matter most — multi-stakeholder, long-cycle, board-visible accounts where commercial outcome and customer outcome have to stay aligned.
Carried the number and built the engine behind it: pipeline, qualification, complex deal strategy, pricing conversations, and the sales processes, tools and early teams that make performance repeatable.
Moved from selling change to leading it — connecting technology initiatives to operating models, business cases and the organisational reality that decides whether transformation lands.
Built from zero across four early-stage journeys: proposition, product thinking, go-to-market, investor conversations and the unglamorous work of making a business exist.
Founder & CEO of trAIlique — wearing the CMO, CSO and COO hats at the same time, because it is founder-led. Building AI-powered platforms and advising organisations on where AI creates measurable business value — and where it does not.
Founder & Pre-Seed Advisory
Practical founder-level fundraising experience — not fund management.
My experience extends beyond operating businesses. I have worked across four pre-seed fundraising journeys spanning healthcare, agriculture, AI products and technology ventures — giving me first-hand exposure to the realities of building, positioning and funding early-stage companies.
That means the investor conversation, the proposition behind it, and the commercial story that has to hold up once the money is in the bank. It is founder-level experience, applied to founders.
Where I help founders
I am not an investment banker, a regulated financial advisor or a venture investor. What I bring is the operator's side of the table.
Ventures
Building the next chapter.
Founder & CEO
An AI and Digital Transformation technology company, built from Pune and Riyadh. trAIlique exists because the distance between what AI can do and what an organisation can actually operationalise is still far too wide — and closing it takes commercial judgement as much as engineering.
The founder's work has been the whole stack of the business: proposition and product development, enterprise transformation thinking, commercial strategy, business development and building a presence in the Saudi market from the ground up.
Testimonials
Entrepreneurs and colleagues.
The most useful signal about a leader comes from the founders who hired them and the people who worked alongside them — in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and India, across more than two decades.
Availability
Selective by design.

I work with founders, leadership teams and organisations where my experience across technology, transformation, customers and revenue can create meaningful business impact.
